Requirements Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Must have minimum 3 years' experience in business analysis in banking or financial institutions.Must have experience in IT project management.Must have experience in requirements analysis and documentation.Must have experience in conducting User's Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).Must have experience in preparing User's Manual and training materials.Must have experience in data analysis and advance skills in MS Excel.Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsAn analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.Prior experience working in a bank with background on lending process is a plus. JOB DESCRIPTION Collaborates with developers to confirm feasibility of the application changes and explore other options that will best address the business need and objectivesProvides support for UAT and implementation when neededReceives and review submitted requests to be transitioned into service catalogueParticipates in service transition activity planningPrepares reports to support Service Management department to manage the delivery of application support, maintenance and ticket resolution
