PasigReport ToSupervisor Job Summary To provide support to Operations by providing reporting needs that meet client requirements and expectations based on the client contract.Duties/Responsibilities To provide support to Operations by providing reporting needs that meet client requirements and expectations based on the client contract.To provide analysis on trends, causes, variances and distributes routine/ad-hoc reports.
To provide support as may be required to Business Analyst or Process Lead or a small user group with minimally complex requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Accounting or in a Mathematics discipline.At least 1 year in Mission Control and Real Time Analysis.Proficient in MS Office applications, preferably with advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup, Boolean, Conditional Formatting).Experience in database query languages (SQL), MS Access and Web Development is a plus. Behavioral and Personal CompetenciesAbility to work under pressure; Initiative; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good inter-personal skills.
English and FilipinoAbove average verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge and skills in IEX Platform and Avaya CMS.Willing to work on changing shifts.
