Reports Analyst

MakatiJob Summary: To provide support to Operations by providing reporting needs that meet client requirements and expectations based on the client contract.
To provide analysis on trends, causes, variances and distributes routine/ad-hoc reports.
To provide support as may be required to Business Analyst or Process Lead or a small user group with minimally complex requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities:

To provide support to Operations by providing reporting needs that meet client requirements and expectations based on the client contract.
To provide analysis on trends, causes, variances and distributes routine/ad-hoc reports.
To provide support as may be required to Business Analyst or Process Lead or a small user group with minimally complex requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Accounting or in a Mathematics discipline.
At least 1 year in Mission Control and Real-Time Analysis.
Proficient in MS Office applications, preferably with advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup, Boolean, Conditional Formatting).
Experience in database query languages (SQL), MS Access and Web Development is a plus. Behavioral and Personal Competencies
Ability to work under pressure; Initiative; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good interpersonal skills.
English and Filipino
Above average verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge and skills in IEX Platform and Avaya CMS.
Willing to work on changing shifts.
