The Role
We are looking for a Reports Analyst for a popular brand in the US for a remote position.
You will be tasked to create and run reports on a daily basis, provide your own analysis and insights on the data provided and on a timely manner. You will also be focused on making sure that the data provided is accurate and up to company standard.

The Role:
Testing & Reporting - You collect and analyze data, perform daily and weekly reporting, build dashboards and presentation with the information and make sure accurate data is provided . You will need to analyze the data sets and provide rational interpretation. Experience in running reports for B2B marketing is a highly preferred! Administrative - You will be responsible in maintaining documents and reports including UTM docs, KPIs, and other marketing reports in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets. You will also help set up meetings with different stakeholders. Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected Project Management - You will need to make sure that deadlines are met for each deliverables. Experience on using Project management tools is highly preferred.
Ideal Profile
The Requirements:
Experience with running reports for B2B marketing for at least 3 years Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Google sheets (must be able to able to use advanced formulas) Solid understanding of UTMs Must have knowledge in project management Able to complete tasks in a timely manner Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and oral) Must be able to work full-time and on a graveyard shift
