Reports Analyst

Job Description The responsibilities are made up of the following key areas:
Developing and maintaining a suite of reporting metrics in collaboration with the regional FP&A team.
Collaborate with local ?Geo Champions? from finance to design effective dashboards and static reports for business functions.
Build, deploy and maintain the reporting suite using Power BI and related tools
Leverage the reporting platform to investigate future areas for improvement.
Manage and work on initiatives and projects simultaneously to deliver accurately and punctually
Key Accountabilities:?
Understand and evaluate business requirements, and work with stakeholders, such as IT, to deliver them punctually and accurately via effective reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with peers and leaders to manage priorities.
Design, create and maintain a reporting suite on key dimensions and metrics to support businesses in a relevant and timely manner.
Handhold and train business users to consume reports, dashboards and insights appropriately.
Interpret reports and dashboards on (emerging) trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities, and translate to actionable insights, commentaries, and presentations to aid decision making. This may be done in the form of business partnership with stakeholders.
Build a collaborative partnership with IT to plan future development roadmap.
Job Qualifications:
Good knowledge and experiences in contact centre reporting, online channels, insurance or logistics.
Intermediate level of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SQL
Nice to have: BI Tools (Spotfire, QV, Tableau), Python, R and online reporting platforms (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Omniture)
Worked with large amounts of data, comprehend and summarise/translate into insights.
Team player with good communication and acumen on analytical needs and details.
Good time management to meet deadlines and problem-solving skills.
Self-directed with an entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, innovative approach and inquisitive mind.
Experiences working with multicultural teams across geographies and functions within Asia Pacific.
