The Report Analyst will be responsible for data collection, data analysis, report generation and collaboration with the different stakeholders across various departments in gathering the report requirements. Data shall be analyzed for process improvements and business strategies formulation.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis role, preferably within the telecommunications industryExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, with a strong drive to succeedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace, SQL or BI Software e.g. TableauKnowledge of telecommunications industry trends and technologiesExperience in project managementProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
