The Job
You will be working with a popular brand and your responsibilities will include:
Collecting and analysing data, performing reporting and building dashboards and presentations with accurate information Analysing the data sets and providing rational interpretation. Maintaining documents and reports including UTM docs, KPIs, and other marketing reports in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets. Helping to set up meetings with different stakeholders. Responding or alerting teams via Slack/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected Ensuring deadlines are met for each deliverable.
The Profile
You have at least 3 years of experience with running reports for B2B marketing You are an expert in using Microsoft Excel and Google sheets and must be able to able to use advanced formulas A solid understanding of UTMs is required You have knowledge of project management and ideally, have experience with project management tools You are resourceful to gather information to provide accurate analysis and insights You are result-oriented and able to complete tasks in a timely manner Excellent English communication skills are required as you will be working with a US-based company You are able to work full-time and on a graveyard shift You are always seeking opportunities to grow personally and with the team
