**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the production site
- Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations
- Analyzing, planning and developing scheduled projects
- Establishing and implementing training processes for all personnel
- Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all staff members
- Researching and evaluating improvements for each operation
- Updating and maintaining all production machineries, helping to ensure proper maintenance and installation is achieved
**Qualifications**:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Ability to read and understand designs and schematics
- With expertise in Automotive & Heavy Equipment and or factory equipment and conveying systems
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams
- Experience training rising talent
- The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles
- Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
**Salary**: From Php25,000.00 per month
