Rental Operations Senior Supervisor

Job Description:
Supervises the day-to-day Branch Operations of CAT Machines, conduct regular sites inspections in order to ensure that the site condition, operations, and operators performance are within standard. Ensure security and genaral maintenance of the Yard. Collaborates with Branch Service Rentals on the timely performance of running repairs and preventive maintenance per Total Maintenance and Repair Contract nad feedback of Product Problems for Customers and Operator's complaints in order to address concerns. Nurtures healthy working relationship with customers in order to ensure continuous customer satisfaction and business relationship. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must possess any Degree in Engineering or a graduate of any two (2) year Technical/Vocational course. With five to six years' work-related experience in heavy equipment/GenSet services or any related industry and/or nine years for non-engineering post-trade years' related experience Leadership Competencies: Finacial Analysis, Problem Solving, and Decision Making, Strategic Thinking and Leadership, Project and People Management, and Relationship Building Key Competencies: Business System Skills, Knowledge of Mechanical System, Communication Skills, Product Knowledge, Cost and Project Management, Knowledge of Electrical System, and Record Management
