Job Description:
The position is responsible for providing support and assistance to the AP business units on regulatory-legal matters including, among others, ensuring proper filing of ERC applications and other regulatory requirements, conduct of drafting/review of contracts, regulations and other documents, with the goal of minimizing financial losses, maximizing revenue potential and protecting the AP business units' overall interests in accordance with company objectives, policies and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Laws Licensed Required: Licensed Lawyer Experience: At least 2 years' related experience
