Regulatory Compliance Assistant

_TAKE NOTE: Head office is located in San Juan City_

**Qualifications**:

- With at least two (2) years experience on permitting requirements and regulatory compliance reports needed in a Renewable Energy company;
- Familiar with related laws in the energy/construction industries;
- Must show high interest in learning new fields;
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal; and
- Must possess the patience and pleasing personality in dealing with government stakeholders.
**Job Summary**:
Primary assist in the Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer in applying/ renewing permits before national government offices such as, but not limited to, Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), Board of Investments (BOI), and Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB).
Shall likewise assist in monitoring the submission of the company's compliance reports before said offices.
