**Qualifications**
- Registered Nurse
- Must have knowledge of the complex nature of Outpatient Clinic and Diagnostic Laboratory.
- Working knowledge of all laboratory, radiology and ancillary test results
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in Time Crisis Intervention and Conflict Resolution
- Must have proven ability to maintain professional conduct and confidentiality in the care of patients
