**Responsibilities**:
- Consolidate purchase orders and process sales orders using company system
- Coordinate with sales team in collecting payment and monitoring delivery to dealers
- Validate support program to dealers using company system and request credit memo
- Extract data and prepare reports required for decision-making and problem-solving
- Organize significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain database by updating, verifying, and backing up data
**Qualifications**:
- Possess at least Bachelor's degree / College Degree in any field, (preferably Business or Mathematics related)
- Possess high attention to detail, problem solving skills, & strong logical thinking
- With excellent communication and organization skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Advanced proficiency is required for Microsoft Excel.
- Must be residing at Davao City.
