Our client, a company engaged in real estate, specializing in memorial parks and chapels, is exploring to hire their REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER,
who will be responsible for delivering to management the overall performance of the company's memorial parks in terms of profitability, standard, expansion and partnership with sales and marketing for the achievement of sales target.
Requirements-Has experience in General Management (Finance, Collection, Park Management and Maintenance, Interment), Business Development, Project Management among other things.
-Mature
-Willing to travel within the Philippines but will be assigned initially in Central Luzon
-Experienced with Real Estate is an advantage
-Above average analytical skill
-Above average communication skill
-Team player
