Job Description

Design and execute complex marketing programs that support lead generation, brand awareness, customer advocacy, and more. Serve as a partner and advocate for the sales teams in your region and play an essential role helping them meet their goals.

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
- Drive overall Prepaid strategy and oversees the execution of the business plan that takes into consideration the appropriate brand directions for the assigned region
- Orchestrates Regional Business Reviews and Deep-dives
- Leads insighting and trends spotting for Prepaid in the assigned region and translates this into an improved multi-channel and multi-customer experience

REGIONAL CUSTOMER AND BRAND EXPERT
- Deep knowledge of customer profile and composition in the assigned region
- Consistent source of regional learnings for all Prepaid brands
- Provide clear and actionable insights in order to efficiently grow all Prepaid brands through quality acquisitions and sustained customer engagement

REGIONAL PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
- Oversees Prepaid region-specific portfolio and determines the portfolio push for the assigned region based on regional customer insights to ensure revenue growth and profitability
- Leads regional touchpoints analytics and recommends strategy and programs to drive use and grow penetration
- Develops business cases and analysis for new regional product launches
- Collaborates with brand partners on programs to drive Prepaid's regional agenda

GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION
- Execution lead for region-specific executions for all Prepaid brands
- Translates brand proposition into regional expressions to better champion the brand propositions in all regional on-ground and online experiences, platforms and executions as needed through the sales partners
- Champions ideal customer experience for regional executions across all Prepaid brands
- Drives efficiency and profitability of all platforms and programs run in the channels for the assigned region
- Lead for all post-mortem reviews and continuous improvement of all mobile platforms and programs in the assigned region
