Regional Engineer | Olongapo

Job Description:
Assists in project biddings and managing architectural and engineering projects. Conducts site inspection of all soon-to-open, ongoing, for renovation pawnshop projects of North Luzon Plans and supervises the regular provision of various office services for assigned regions such as construction, renovation, repair maintenance, sanitation, communication, records management etc. Assigns/schedules projects for the Maintenance Staff (e.g. maintenance and repair jobs requested by offices or operating units under the region) and monitors their progress Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering With PRC license At least one 1 year experience in project management or as a Site Engineer. Willing to be based in Olongapo City Willing to travel Can work with minimal supervision Can start immediately
