Redemption Staff

• Process orders accurately and efficiently – ensure that the order slip matches the actual products given to the distributors.
• Ensure that you check and read correctly all details (Client/ Distributor name and I.D, product code, product descriptions, quantity, unit price prior to releasing of
product. Coordinate with Cashier for Wrong Product encoding /Sales Order (if any). This is to avoid shortages at your end.
• Will manage and report daily actual inventory count
• Examine / inspect product items for missing, defects/damage, expiration date prior to releasing to the distributors.
• Report on a timely basis any product damages or defects to Supervisor/Manager upon checking.
• Clean and maintain product supplies, tools, equipment and redemption storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Attends to customer request and communicate complaint to immediate Supervisor / Manager.
• Monitoring the stocks REDLINE and request products from warehouse to office as required.
• Responsible for inventory report update and ensure that the actual count is balance and accurate.
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work.
• Maintain positive composure and physical appearance to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly appearance of redemption area and supplies stocked.
• Maintains cleanliness in the work area
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management
