Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading white-label creative and marketing company. Our respected client is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead, who will be responsible for assessing the company's employment needs. The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day recruitment activities and making sure that requirements are fulfilled in a timely basis. The job is based in Quezon City, Philippines.
Job responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day recruitment activities and ensures that hiring timelines are met
Closely coordinates with hiring managers to discuss manpower requirements Manages key positions, specialized recruiting and managerial talent requirements through an assessment process, using nontraditional sourcing methods and other talent acquisition strategies
Recommends and prepares job offers and reference checks for key position hires
Partners with search firms and manpower agencies, and ensures service delivery according to contractual agreements
Plans and implements creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to ensure a strong candidate pipeline Manages all talent acquisition initiatives such as: tests and screening materials; internal hiring processes (e.g. employee referral programs); employer branding; and overall mainstream hiring
Partners with educational institutions for recruitment and training opportunities
Represents the Company at networking events related to recruitment
Responsible for monitoring, tracking and maintaining required talent acquisition reports, such as dashboards, sourcing and hiring data
Regularly reviews and updates policies and procedures related to recruitment
Initiates ideas and participates in project teams, aimed at the improvement of HR processes and strategies
Ensures proper and regular communication and feedback regarding key deliverables, performance metrics and team results
Fosters an environment that inspires and motivates team members to meet and exceed performance expectations
Delegates responsibilities and projects to team members and oversees outcomes

Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or or a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience as Recruitment Team Lead
Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong moral and ethical code
Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools
Excellent administrative skills
A critical thinker and decision maker
Strong organizational & project management skills, able to prioritize deliverables under tight deadlines
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including but not limited to midshifts, holidays, or weekends, as needed by the business
