**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible in performing sourcing, screening and placement activities necessary to fulfill the manpower requirements of the PA Group of Companies.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure that all headcount requirements are met within the service level agreement.
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker.
- Set up newly hired employees' details to the Human Resource Information System.
- Update and monitor the Performance Management System tracker for probationary and contractual employees of Joint Venture.
- Issue 3rd and 5th month probationary/ contractual notices to department heads.
- Prepare and issue Confirmation of Regularization to newly regularized employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or Behavioral Science
- With at least three (3) to four (4) years work experience in end-to-end Recruitment
- With experience in Headhunting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Familiar with various job platforms
- Articulate and confident; has strong written and oral communication skills
- Interview and negotiation skills
- Organized and keen to details
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
**Salary**: From Php13,000.00 per month
