At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Above average oral and written communication skills,
- Energetic and enthusiastic;
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills,
- Manages content and job posting in the sourcing channels
- To coordinate accordingly with the Hiring Manager or Client's point person regarding the interview schedule arrangements
- To prepare a weekly hiring status and vacancies reports.
- Participates in recruiting events, job fairs and the likes.
- Maintains an internal recruitment tracker/database
- Prepare Job Offer for new hires
- Ability to work under pressure, challenging work environment and meeting tight recruitment deadlines
- Willing to work on-site in Ortigas
- Willing to do fieldwork Can start ASAP
