Job Overview:
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Arranges management and client interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
- Manages new employee pre-employment requirements
- Assist in maintaining applicant tracker and other database
- Collaborate ideas in branding initiatives to promote Intogreat brand.

- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Technical/Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or strong
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Vendor management
Prior Experience/Skills
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in sourcing and recruitment
- Preferably with experience in working in a BPO, RPO, or Recruitment Firm set-up
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
