Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and job sites.
Work with partners to determine final decisions on candidate hiring
Fill positions in a timely manner
Ensure the maintenance of accurate & concise records & reports concerning all phase of the recruitment process for corporate hiring
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
