Recruitment Specialist - Corporate Hiring

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, any field
Above average communication skills
Minimum of 1 year working experience is required for this position.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight deadlines.
Relevant BPO/Call Center Recruitment experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
Responsible in interviewing, screening & profiling job applicants
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and job sites.
Work with partners to determine final decisions on candidate hiring
Fill positions in a timely manner
Ensure the maintenance of accurate & concise records & reports concerning all phase of the recruitment process for corporate hiring
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
