Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibility
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
Responsible for screening applicants
Responsible for reporting to the clients, Answering phone calls and emails of clients
Using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates

Job Qualification
Candidate must be graduate of BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management or Any related position
With at least 1 year of experience working in HR-Recruitment, Sourcing Associate or Equivalent
Can work with minimum supervisions
Can work in a Fast Phasing environment
