Summary
The recruitment specialist is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure staffing procedures meet company/client requirements.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Conducts day-to-day Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedures.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Recommends Recruiting Strategies to increase people
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and job sites;
Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
Screens qualified applicants out of the manpower pool.
Administers screening and hiring process.
Should see to it that upon deployment a newly hired employee could fulfill the pre-employment requirements.
Performs other related tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Should be of legal age
A graduate of Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Registered Psychometrician (preferably)
With or without any recruiting experience
With pleasing personality
Should have numerical analyzing skills
Should be good in decision making
Should be adaptive in a fast-paced environment
Should have good oral and written communication skills in English
Should have knowledge in MS Applications.
