Job Description:
Reports directly to the Assistant Manager. The main role of the Sourcing Lead is to:


Assist the Recruitment team in doing leads and resume mining using different online tools to meet targets for all programs and support roles in the Philippines Will occasionally assist in scheduling candidates for the vacancies in the Philippines Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science Human Resources and related degree At least three (3) years of BPO Recruitment and Sourcing experience preferably in a BPO/call center setting Excellent communication skills in both oral and written Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines Willing to work in a fast paced environment Must be willing to work mid-shift Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
