We are seeking a Recruitment Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Philippines reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition based in Singapore.
As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will be responsible to utilize different channels to search for potential candidates, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future employment needs for Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Mongolia and Taiwan. You will proactively recognize the hiring needs and assist in filling the open vacancies with best qualified candidates.
• Source resumes of qualified candidates for specific job requisitions, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, talent pools, company web sites, etc.
• Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews and notes in Success Factors
• Reach out to passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building
• Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner and determine position prerequisites
• Create talent pools for future hiring needs
• Measure conversion rates which includes the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
• Request for referrals from current workers and external networks
• Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms
• Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System
• Correspond with past candidates regarding available job openings
• BA/BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Proven 2+ years’ work experience as a Recruitment Sourcer
• Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies on a regional level
• Experienced in using job boards, social media channels and Application Tracking Systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively
• Comfortable communicating over the phone with candidates from different countries and culture
• Outstanding time-management skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Additional Information
•Permanent Position
• Full Time – 9 am to 6pm (1-hour Lunch break)
