Recruitment Operations Specialist [Non-Class Based Hiring (NCBH) Recruiter]is responsible for the strategic sourcing and recruitment alignment and execution to meet the needs of the enterprise. This includes responsibility for diversity, talent acquisition, college recruiting, and market intelligence. This function involves the actual recruiting and selection of candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage / Implement Talent Acquisition Processes

- Manage/contribute to Talent Acquisition programs/projects aligned with business goals and talent needs/strategies (e.g., technology implementations, service delivery model, process improvements, business restructuring)
- Drive change management initiatives to implement/update Talent Acquisition processes (e.g., communications, presentations, educating)
- Prepare for and conduct initial intake/discovery meeting with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and facilitate appropriate candidate search (e.g., documentation)
- Perform candidate assessments/selection (e.g., pre-screens, pre-hiring assessments, behavioral interviewing, candidate presentations)
- Coach hiring managers on the use of interviewing tools and techniques (e.g., behavioral interviewing, WebEx, HireVue, TelePresence)
- Create offers, obtaining appropriate approvals and leveraging applicable stakeholders
- Manage / utilize applicable technology to facilitate recruitment processes (e.g., Taleo, PeopleSoft)
Deliver optimal candidate and hiring manager experiences (e.g., on-boarding, timely communications, feedback, SLAs)
- Provide education on Talent Acquisition processes and best practices to applicable populations (e.g., hiring managers, new employees, acquired organizations)
- Negotiate appropriate offers, applying knowledge of our Compensation philosophies and programs (e.g., equity, relocation)
- Manage vendor relationships and performance
- Collaborate with applicable partners to drive effective implementation of Talent Acquisition processes and programs (e.g., business leaders, hiring managers, Human Capital)
Provide Consulting/Advice on Talent Acquisition Processes

- Apply a data-driven approach to help influence business decisions
- Articulate a clear, informed point-of-view about Talent Acquisition processes and business issues
- Maintain knowledge of current best practices in the talent acquisition field (e.g., theories, frameworks, technologies, and trends)
- Consult with applicable stakeholders to identify their business strategies/talent needs, set realistic expectations, establish timeframes, sourcing plans, talent availability, etc. (e.g., business leaders, hiring managers, Human Capital)
- Monitor/analyze candidate and hiring manager experiences, and provide recommendations/ consulting on ways to enhance them (e.g., interviews, surveys, focus groups, periodic update meetings)
- Educate / influence applicable stakeholders to drive understanding/adoption of Talent Acquisition programs/outcomes/enhancements (e.g., Taleo upgrades, ERP, delivery model)
- Provide coaching/guidance to applicable stakeholders on how to implement Talent Acquisition processes and policies (e.g., operations team members, business partners, hiring managers, Human Capital staff)
- Coach applicable stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, hiring managers, Human Capital) on the use of appropriate interview practices and how to make effective hiring decisions (e.g., behavioral interviewing, WebEx, HireVue, TelePresence)
- Educate applicable stakeholders on the use of appropriate technology to facilitate recruitment processes (e.g., Taleo, PeopleSoft, social media, job boards)
- Manage / support integration of internal/external organizations into our Talent Acquisition processes and systems
- Consult with candidates, hiring managers and Human Capital (including Centers of Expertise) to craft appropriate offers, applying knowledge of our Compensation philosophies and programs (e.g., equity, relocation)
- Demonstrate and apply knowledge of current business issues and the labor market, and their impact on talent acquisition processes (e.g., compensation, talent demand, talent availability, competitive landscape, relocation)
- Leverage and build upon current best practices to create industry-leading talent acquisition practices/processes

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or any course related to Human Resource Management or Social Sciences
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Voice hiring, Business Support hiring.
Knowledge and experience in using different sourcing channels
Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Good communications skills (written and verbal)
Good interpersonal skills
Good multi-tasking skills
Amenable to work immediately in UP-Ayala Techno Hub, Quezon City

Preferred Qualifications:
Marketing or Sales background
