Job Description:
Recruitment Meet or Exceed Targets Set Conducts Initial & Final Screening of candidates for Call Center Agent positions via Group or Individual Interviews Conducts ACES and Client approved tests to qualified candidates for Client Endorsements Conducts and Provides Coaching to All Endorsed Candidates to ensure that candidate has proper understanding of the Role they are profiled for Takes ownership over Endorsed Candidates (Endorsement Stage to Completing 3 months of Employment) Attends to Pertinent Related Activities DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Initial encoding of candidates in required tracking files Regularly updates candidates in Candidate Tracking File PROCESS MANAGEMENT In the position to make recommendations in order to improve current processes Involvement in process improvement and implementations as outlined or spearheaded by the Manager ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS: Assist in Office maintenance and administrative tasks Filing of Candidate CVs (Endorsed, Hires) and data entry Other Admin Tasks as assigned by the Manager General Requirements: Will assist in entry level bulk hiring requirements of Customer Service professionals Identify, source and recruit Customer Service Professionals for the job requirements of our partner BPO / Call Center clients Continuous follow up with the candidate until they join and stay employed for 90 calendar days with our BPO / Call Center clients Minimum Qualifications:
College Graduate Proficient in written and spoken English Adept at using computer applications like Excel and Word Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong Detail oriented and has high aptitude for learning People person Flexible and self-motivated Work Schedule is Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
