**Schedule**:
- 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday with high flexibility.
- The early schedule coincides with updates from clients mostly in Australia and the US.

**Requirements**:
- With at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources
- Excellent communication skills
- You must have your own computer with at least 8 GB RAM, i3 or equivalent, camera, and headset
- A quiet place to work and do online interviews
