Job Description:
Conducting end to end recruitment process. Sourcing and interviewing for business manpower requirements on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc. The chosen candidate will conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements He/She will be responsible for designing and implementing creative means that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified applicants. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in end to end recruitment, preferably in a search firm, or headhunting firms One has deep knowledge of candidate sourcing and job-matching With good communication skills, both written and spoken Willing to work in Ayala, Makati
