Details of the offer

Talent Acquisition
Ensures on target closure of job vacancies using targeted and streamlined sourcing and selection techniques
Interviews potential candidates and endorses to the hiring managers

Digital Marketing & Employer Branding
Manages all the digital assets of HROD, including but not limited to, LinkedIn and Facebook pages
Ensures alignment in content and appearance of marketing materials across all digital platforms
Effectively communicates the company’s work culture and values through meaningful and relevant marketing message and design

Reports Generation
Generates and/or manages recruitment reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Acts as process and document owner of all recruitment – related reports and processes
Streamlines reporting processes, if necessary, and communicate any change in these processes to all HR stakeholders involved

Administrative Efficiency
Coordinates with all concerned HR stakeholders on reporting documents and processes
Provides assistance with regard to document processing and records keeping
Attends to other tasks as needed based on the direction of the organization / department / immediate head

QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferable in BS / AB Psychology, Human Resources or in any Behavioral Sciences course
Must have minimum 2 years related experience in recruitment
Must be proficient in the use of reporting tools (e.g. pivot table, analytical graphs).
Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
Must be proficient in speaking and business writing
