Provides intelligent insights on the functionality of the current assessments, their relevance and appropriateness to the positions being fulfilled
Generates data through historical information and performance targets that would help develop current assessments or create new assessments, if necessary, to better identify quality pool of candidates for hiring
Improves candidate selection by identifying opportunities and solutions to Talent Acquisition Team to better process the candidates through interview and test administration
Formulates necessary assessments that will help gauge behavioral and cognitive competencies
Works together with HR Organization Effectiveness to study job profiles and competencies and translate them into assessments or evaluation forms that will be used during recruitment of new hires
Ensures quality of assessment processes and correct administration of the testing tool to deliver a successful hiring and implement efficient sourcing strategies in the organization
Handles the overall assessment tool including its content editing/revision, test build and design, interface enhancements and assessments reports
Consolidates all possible assessment data and reports (test scores, calibration scores, glide path simulation, and benchmarking).
Acts as the main point person (assessment site admin, trainer, and technical expert) for the assessment tool, addressing and troubleshooting technical concerns and navigation.
Supports the identification of developmental needs and training needs of the TA Group by keeping the team exposed to and to enable them to hold key positions in the group
Negotiates conflicts, resolves complaints and recommends disciplinary actions in accordance with company rules and regulations for the TA Assessments and Profiling Team.
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Mathematics, and Human Resource Management
Must be a Licensed Psychometrician
Must have at least 8 years of work experience particularly in Human Resources Operations, Talent Acquisition or Traininig
Must have good experience in Data Analytics and Reporting
Must have good Project Management skills
Must have good background in Report Management and Delivery
Must have above average statistics literacy
Must have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
Must have high level of confidentiality and integrity
Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Must be amenable to work on flexible schedules
