Recruitment Manager | Day Shift

Job Description:
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing our team and the accounts they support. The role will take full ownership on strategies, goal setting and prioritization of the accounts on a daily basis.


Tasks:


Account Management-Owns successful implementation, operation, and growth of accounts through collaboration with different work groups. Client Management-Maintain positive client relationships. Seek to continuously improve process, systems, and controls, thereby ensuring client satisfaction and operational goals and objectives are achieved. Performance Management-Manage recruiting team/s and drive overall performance to provide best possible results for clients. People Management-Build employee competencies; promote employee development. Reports generation and analysis Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in client management and leadership. IT Recruiting background in a headhunter/staffing firm is an advantage End to end Recruitment. Deep knowledge in the principles of operations and client management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in McKinley, Taguig
