RECRUITMENT INTERN (BGC,TAGUIG)
Building on our success, we are looking for passionate and driven Recruitment Intern who thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest service levels to meet our client and candidates’ requirements
The position will be based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines
Responsibilities
Assist the end-to-end recruiting process (sourcing, screening, coordinating, interviewing, negotiating, and offer acceptance) for a portfolio of high priority requisitions
Implement sourcing strategies
Develop and maintain positive relationships with recruiting leaders at all levels across the firm
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications
Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development or related field
Has good communication skills
Highly driven, self-motivated and sales-driven mindset
Be able to adapt quickly and have strong multi-tasking skills under tight timelines
Preferably has own laptop
With daily allowance
Can start ASAP
