**Recruitment and Documentation**
- Posts jobs on relevant websites.
- Updates the recruitment social media channels, including LinkedIn and/ or network through industry contacts, trade groups, social media and employees.
- Maintains a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised posts and generating and issuing the internal weekly HR Vacancy Report.
- Provides a customer-focused service to applicants and managers, responding promptly to queries received through the Recruitment inbox and fielding others appropriately.
- Organizes and take part in interview procedures as required
- Ensures compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
- Prepares a performance evaluation (3rd month and 5th month)
- Conducts background checks with appropriate report to the HR Manager( mandatory requirements)
- Prepares reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department and resigned employees and/ or weekly and monthly report for the task done and undone.
- Prepares documentation for contract, Job offer sheet of the newly hired employees, transactions, regulatory compliance and/ or compliance in accordance to recruitment policy.
- Prepares letter of appointment for the regular employees
- Orients and assist with new hire onboarding and/ or develop training and onboarding material
- Works with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
- Handles administrative duties and record keeping
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information, answering the telephone, faxing, scanning relaying messages, and provides support to the Human Resource Manager.
- Assists with the day
- to
- day efficient operation of the HR department.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the HR Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's Degree holder in Human Resources or Psychology.
- At least one (1) year related experience in recruitment and or human resource.
