Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator handles the marketing and recruitment activities of the Institute to get students for the Executive Master in Business Administration Program (EMBA)

Duties and responsibilities

- Assists in the effective planning, developing, and coordination of marketing and recruitment events for the EMBA degree program.
- Assists in the implementation of customer-focused strategies to enhance seamless marketing and recruitment processs and activities.
- Spearheads recruitment and marketing activities.
- Acts as the primary contact for all marketing and recruitment related activities/opportunities for the EMBA degree program.
- Tracks and maintains records of all contacts and prepares reports when needed.
- Responsible for achieving the enrollment target through conversion of leads/prospects to enrollees.
