PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:This position is responsible for the execution of HR processes and transactions according to documented procedures within the HR Global Service Delivery Organization. The main function of this role is to focus on cooperation and consultation with Hiring Manager and Candidates with the end to end hiring process. This role will also manage the daily workload of the Team by accurately applying local expertise knowledge that is required to ensure all HR processes are running according to SAP standards and meet local Regulations. Has good overview/knowledge of country and cross-country processes. Additional responsibilities are required such as supporting global/regional projects.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:End to End Recruiting Process:
Understand and manage full life-cycle recruiting processes for local or remote positions as per local team’s demand
Conduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers to align profile and recruiting process
Help create and take care of candidate pipeline, pre-screen CVs, phone screen candidates, extend verbal job offers, and process formal offers according to internal process with accurate data capture abilities and timely reporting
Familiarity with local student and graduate hiring policies, regulations, best practices with keen understanding of the various intern and ET hiring programs and offerings
Act as talent advisor and provide a consultative approach to hiring manager and business stakeholder showcasing data, trends, and talent and competitive intelligence
Strong business acumen for the businesses being supported; understanding the skills best suited for a successful hire on that team
Target suitable candidates that best align the business and program for success; being mindful of diversity hiring goals and skill gaps in the business
Participate in local events (career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site events, etc) with a focus on long-term engagement, target universities, diverse candidates, and innovative collaboration
Advise and work closely aligned with HRBPs and HR Advisors; MU Heads; Total Rewards, TA Branding; University Alliances; D&I; Recruiting Operations
Ensures appropriate HR Process Execution:
Execution of HR processes & transaction according to SLA (Service Level Agreements). Keeping updated all documents (e.g. process manuals) necessary for the execution of HR processes. Ensure data integrity for key deadlines. Ensure information flow with all departments and functions in SAP, which are involved in HR processes execution. Use HR tools and systems to appropriately document and complete assigned work. Work with both internal and external contacts to assist in process completion or escalation, such as Legal, IT, and vendors. Seeks feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement. Trains new people within the internal team or any external colleague and proactively shares the knowledge and experience with others.
Build strong partner relationship:
Building relationships with other HR Global Service Delivery teams, CoEs, HRBPs, and other departments to facilitate the support for processes that the team supports. Becoming a "partner" and displaying the benefit of a combined working relationship. Working with vendors and building a relationship with them to ensure we have identified the most efficient and effective process with that vendor.
Work with other team members to share knowledge on topics to ensure cross-training and scalability for all process work. Work with IT & relevant stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met. Keeps up to date with changes in the organization.
Utilizing the country specific knowledge and the knowledge of the SAP HR processes and the tools on the entire employee lifecycle to guide employees and Managers and applying them accordingly in alignment with the HR Service Delivery model.
Drive for Improvement & Innovation:
Provides input on training needs and content, supports other HR colleagues in countries with the knowledge of responsible processes. Project management responsibilities to support the migration of new processes and technology or process enhancements. Works with process owners to identify the project scope, owning the project plan, coordinating with IT on technology updates, testing, training, communication to all impacted HR Global Service Delivery teams and on-going support. Understands scope of process work and the SLAs for each service and is responsible for the tracking of SLAs for monthly reporting, ensures all process maps are current, accurate and complete. Takes on responsibility for producing high quality solutions. Manage IT service change requests. Generates new ideas and breakthrough initiatives
WORK EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years working experience in end to end HR Recruiting/Hiring is preferred.
Experience with working with shared services is preferred but not required.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Bi-lingual skills needed (Portuguese)
Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience, Master’s Degree is a plus
Comfortable thinking outside of the box to source and hire for difficult-to-place roles; practice innovative solutions
Thorough time-management and prioritization skills; adept at navigating multiple tasks, deadlines and projects
Excellent communication skills, both with candidates and internal stakeholders; proactive in delivering necessary messaging and escalating issues as needed
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Well-versed in LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
