We're hiring a Recruitment Associate in our Manila office. In this role, you will be working with peers and stakeholders to drive strategies in hiring Manila Customer Service, Customer Protection and Shared Services.
A successful Recruitment Associate must be able to manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. S/he must understand how to prioritize work to hit all customer SLAs. S/he will have a reputation for hiring exceptional people, candidate generation, stakeholder management, and organization.
The successful candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency as appropriate, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. Sourcing
Implement sourcing activities based on strategy and talent market insight including marketing of
Employer Brand Engagement (e.g., enthusiastic participation in career and university fairs, academe partnership) and candidate generation (e.g., subscription and usage of job portals, and other tools to identify and engage high-potential candidates)
Develop and implement creative approaches in leveraging social media for employer/employment branding and sourcing
Develop initiatives around employee and candidate referral programs and effectively roll these out to the teams
Create ads for vacancy marketing internally such as ERP, open house, recruiting events, etc. for approval of TA Manager
Do floorwalks regularly as needed to ensure heightened awareness of Remitly vacancies, and to generate ERP leads
Manage leads generated by phone screening and onsite invite
Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure 100% fill rate for CS and CPT classes
Recruiting
Performs data entry in Remitly maintained recruiting ATS (greenhouse) accurately and in a timely manner
Facilitate pre screening processes which include but may not be limited to:

Communication Skills Assessment
Practical assessments
Use case / scenario based assessments

Facilitate level 1 or initial interviews according to Remitly Hiring Philosophy •Participate in intake meetings / calibration in order to fully and better understand recruitment needs, profiles needed and hiring process to undertake

Facilitate debrief meetings, provide summaries if needed, and document hiring decisions

Prepares, maintains and generates reports needed by stakeholders, for review of TA Manager on a regular basis

Job Qualifications
Graduate of 4-year course
Preferably 1 year experience in end to end talent acquisition cycle
Strong knowledge of software development engineering sourcing industry, including best practices, tools, marketing techniques, and familiarity with online sources
Strong ability to multi-task and excellent time management in juggling simultaneous priorities (e.g., leads generation, and processing initial screening activities, data entry, facilitation of exams, level one interviews, etc)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Internet savvy, and well-positioned in terms of social media use
