Recruitment Assistant (Night Shift)

**Epic Healthcare Staffing Shared Services, Inc (EHSSSI)** provides back office and operations support to all US subsidiaries within the Epic Healthcare Staffing LLC group such as payroll and billing processes, ops management, and other HR-related functions.

**Job Functions**:

- Recruitment Support - sourcing, job posting, pipelining
- Maintenance of database
- Reference/background checking
- Coordination with recruiters

**Other RA Functions**
- Create required recurring reports and submit to Manager on due dates.
- Any other tasks assigned/requested by Recruiter

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in the BPO industry is preferred
- Recruitment experience is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal
- Willing to work the graveyard shift.

**Salary**: From Php21,000.00 per month
