Recruitment Assistant

Functions:Assisting applicants in encoding of dataScanning of documentsScreening and Verifying documents Providing interview assessment formsGenerates corresponding Applicant Assessment Reports of each applicant.Will handle the recruitment job posting using different kind of job portals.-Male/Female-Minimum of 2 years of experience-Bachelor’s/College Degree as minimum requirement-Highly organized individual-With experience in handling mass hiring and corporate recruitment-Prior experience in Talent Management and Recruitment-Knowledge or familiarity of a recruitment system/tool is a plus.-Resourceful, creative and innovative in creating sourcing ideas-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point-Good communication skills, both written and oral-Willing to work in BGC
