Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing and processing of needed manpower for Operations.
Ensure approval of manpower requisition for every manpower requirement.
Post vacancies in all relevant sources.
Screen and select applicants based on the specified qualifications.
Invite applicants for interview schedule.
Conduct initial interview
Coordinate with provider trade testing of selected applicants.
Administer and interpret test exams based on the position applied/considered for.
Coordinate exploratory and in-depth interview for Supervisory and highly technical position.
Ensure completion of pre-employment forms and documents before on-boarding selected candidate/s for the position.
Coordinate and monitor the preparation and signing of contract prior to endorsement to requestor for deployment.
Participate in Jobfairs, Local Recruitment Activity, and other recruitment activities.
