Mission
Utilising the best recruiting tools and implementing the best practices, you will manage the candidate journey through Circles.Life hiring process. Working closely with all members of the team involved in recruitment from Hiring Managers, Interviewers and Recruiter, you will facilitate the process and push forward for as well as proactively propose new tools to streamline our processes. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to continuously improve our interview process to ultimately create an exceptional candidate experience.
As a Recruiting coordinator your key objectives will be to…
Be a key contributing member to our growing People & Culture team
Manage candidate experience throughout the Circles.Life hiring process, including administering tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
Work closely with our recruiters to come up with fun and creative ways to acquire talent and streamline our processes
Maintain timely and accurate updating in all our applicant tracking systems
Be a creative problem solver in helping recruitment team to execute and support various recruitment strategies, including recruiting events, in Singapore and around the region
We are looking for individuals who...
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent
Strong team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organisational Culture, and Talent Management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Staunch believer in continuous self-improvement, leading with empathy, compassion and team-work
Be able to use internet for research purposes
