Work Schedule: 40 hrs per week, 8 hrs per day, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM from Monday to Friday, 1 hr lunchbreak.

Responsibilities: Work with outside head-hunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales.Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program.Source job search websites for potential recruits and contact those Candidates personally.Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques.Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job. Qualifications: Graduate of Human Resources or any related courseMust have experience in a BPO company.Must have a strong communication skill.Willing to work 8 hours a day Salary Structure: Monthly Basic Salary: PHP20,000.00 to Php25,000.0013th Month Pay: Prorated
