Job Description:
Understand the different call centers hiring requirements Develop recruitment plan and implement the same. May be required to conduct extensive research over the internet and look for candidates on several job portals. He / She may even post an ad for the requirement of call center staff on different job sites. Shortlist the different applicants after having a look at their qualification and experience. Group Interview of applicants face to face and and do outbound telephone interview Fix up interview schedule of the candidates with the different call centers and inform them about the date, time and venue of the interview Minimum Qualifications:
College Graduate Proficient in written and spoken English Extrovert in personality Prefers a job role that will be talking the whole day Adept at using computer applications like Excel and Word Willing to be assigned in Quezon City or Mandaluyong High Ability to learn and no experience required Work Schedule is Mondays to Fridays from 8 am to 6 pm
