Recruiter - Can Start Asap

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Recruitment (Account Management, Sourcing and Recruitment, Onboarding)
- Volume Hiring
- Talent pipeline building
- Other responsibilities/tasks to be defined
- Hybrid set-up

Qualifications:

- At least 2 to 4 years overall experience in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in shared services and/or BPO requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Recruiting: 1 year (required)
