Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children.
The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community.
- Content operation, strategy optimization and regular assessment are required on the search suggestion feature.
- Ensure productivity and accuracy meet business requirements.
- Use side by side analysis and correlation analysis between videos and recommended words and recommended words quality analysis etc..
- Deeply understand user searching experience and help product function optimization iterations.
- Focusing on the quality and safety of search functions, deeply understand and follow up business progress, and help product function optimization iterations.
- Working closely with the supervising departments to optimize relevant working standards of our projects, and be responsible for the training of new policies and SOP.
- Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above.
- Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Excellent language skills (Filipino & English)
- Knowledge about search engines, best to be addicted to TikTok;
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
- Familiar with common office software, preferably have search operation experience
- Team management experience is a bonus
- Good experience/skills for cross-team communication and have a sense of project ownership
