Experience:

Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus but not required
Experience handling phone systems, managing schedules, and greeting clients or visitors.
Skills:

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with visitors, clients, and staff.
Customer Service: Ability to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, greeting guests, and managing appointments.
Organization: Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, files, and office supplies.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, fax machines, printers).
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for managing schedules, emails, and documents.
