Receptionist/

requirements:Receptionist/encoder is responsible for conveying clear, precise and prompt information/ answers to patients inquiries in the most cordial manner at all times. He/she is also responsible for entertaining out-patient clients, encoding all their requested examinations and receiving their payments to be endorsed to the cashier.responsibilities:1) entertains and receives out-patients requests for examination.

2) answers all out-patients inquiries and provides directions.

3) encodes all out-patients requests for examination.

4) secures and encodes all pertinent data for new out-patient clients.

5) updates all existing data for old out-patient clients.

6) receives payment from out-patients to be forwarded to the cashier.

7) issues claim stubs to all out-patients requests for examination.

8) coordinates with the cashier for any discrepancy noted, between the request slip
and the claim stub of the client or patient.
