Answer the phone in a timely manner
Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems
Complete procedures when clients arrive and leave
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
College graduate of any 4-year business course
Excellent communication skills
Excellent in using MS Office and MS Excel
Proactive
Experience:customer service: 1 year (Preferred)/ Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
