JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Real Estate Lead Generation

Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Create Canva artworks
Facebook and Instagram Management

Skills and Qualifications:
Atleast 2 years related experience

Excellent Communication, Comprehension and Listening Skills.

Writing and Sales Skills is a plus

Social Media Management Skills

Experience using WiX, Wordress, Canva, Instagram Business and Facebook Business

Preferably with Real Estate experience

Benefits (PH):
Up to 25k per month

Day Shift

Weekends Off

HMO upon 6th months of service

10 Days VL and 5 Days SL annually
